A Liberty Cymric silver inkwell
A Liberty Cymric inkwell, the design attributed to David Veazey. Veaszey was one of the leading Liberty designers alongside the likes of Oliver Baker and Bernard Cuzner. His work is sometimes mistaken for Archibald Knox but is distinguished, as in this case, by his frequent use of tree of life designs. In excellent condition with replacement inkpot. Fully hallmarked for Liberty & Co, 1913, model 5728.
