A modern silver napkin ring by Paul Victor Markey

Price range: Sold

A fine post war 1980’s small napkin ring by little known silversmith Paul Victor Markey (died 1997).  The napkin ring is set with applied silver gilt leaves and bumble bee.  Very fine workmanship and in excellent original condition.  After graduating from Medway College of Design, Paul Victor Markey spent most of his career working with other silversmiths, notably Stuart Devlin, whose influence is clear from this piece.
