A set of six large Japanese silver and enamel Ginbari buttons

Price: Sold

A wonderful set of six large Japanese meiji period silver and enamel buttons using the Ginbari technique (similar to cloisonne). All are in excellent original condition, with five of the six marked to the back with what I believe reads “pure silver”, but may be a maker’s mark.

Each button depicts a pink flower. against a blue sky background.  There is no box.
