A lovely brooch by Fons Reggers in silver set with a very good red carnelian stone. Fons Reggers was one of the leading Amsterdam School designers whose firm manufactured jewellery throughout much of the 20th century. This brooch dates to around 1940 and is a an unusual knotted silver design, of a very good gauge and quality.
