A large Guild of Handicraft silver and enamel box

For sale is this good sized Guild of Handicraft silver and enamel box with strong presence. The enamel shows a yellow green chameleon sitting on a branch. The enamel is in excellent and original condition. The darker blue, unfoiled, areas of enamel are part of the original design. Fully hallmarked for London 1904. Overall an unusually light hearted, striking, piece by the Guild of Handicraft.
This box is from a private collection, acquired at Christies September 2014.
