A Charles Ashbee for the Guild of Handicraft silver salt

By Charles Ashbee for the Guild of Handicraft is this silver salt.  The piece is classic Ashbee and greatly enhanced by the use of small silver balls to support the salt’s body above a hammered foot.  The bowl of the salt has been cut away into five heart shapes.   This salt has a replacement glass liner.
