A classic Guild of Handicraft silver spoon, London 1903 by Charles Ashbee.  The crown end augmented with a good bright green chrysoprase stone.  This spoon is the classic size designed for an Ashbee condiment dish.  I also have for sale in the Collection an unusually long spoon of the same design that can be seen at A698.
