For sale is this rare and unusual silver plated aesthetic candelabrum by Hukin and Heath. I would not typically buy silver plate nor single candelabrum but this design is so strong I just thought it was a beautiful, useful, addition to the gallery.

It was made by, and is marked for, Hukin and Heath, model number 8433, dating it to c 1890.  Very much in the Japanese influenced aesthetic style, with hints of Christopher Dresser.

Condition is excellent.  The three original sconces are all removable.
