A Kate Harris art nouveau silver box

Price: Sold

For sale is this really beautiful William Hutton & Sons sterling silver box by Kate Harris.  The lid of the box is embossed with her classic maiden head design.  Typical of her work the overall box has a modern feel to it, less ornate than its continental equivalents.  I have not seen this box before but the same design was used on a ring dish, now in the Collection’s archive.  Very good gauge of silver.
