A Kate Harris silver art nouveau vase

For sale is this lovely Kate Harris silver vase for William Hutton & Sons.  The vase features her classic flower pattern with organic petal base and intricate design to the join of the vase and foot.

The vase is a good size. Condition is very good.  It is quite highly polished and on close inspection some original solder lines are visible to the body of the vase where the flower patterns have been inserted.  Clear marks.

Kate Harris was employed by the London studio of William Hutton & Sons to produce artistic silver from 1899 to c 1905.  Harris was one of the very few women, or British exhibitors, to win recognition at the 1900 Paris International Exhibition.
