Delighted to be able to acquire this fantastic Birmingham Guild of Handicraft buckle from the Purple Shop (Anthony Gardner collection) sale at Bellmans on 16th April. This very large and rare peacock example was designed by Arthur Fowler and exhibited at the 1899 Arts and crafts Exhibition Society.
