A Liberty & Co Cymric silver belt and buckle
Price: £2,450
For sale is this beautiful Liberty Cymric silver belt and buckle. The belt is designed in organic art nouveau stlye, with heart motif, and blue green enamel. The buckle similary designed with an overlapping catch holding a stone that I thik is opal or labradorite. I would attribute the belt’s design to David Veazey.
This piece is fully hallmarked to the main buckle, with each piece carrying part marks, for Birmingham 1901. The belt and buckle, including enamels, are in excellent original condition. A rare survivor.
