A rare piece by little known silversmith Coral Ann Prior.  She appears to have been active in the 1970’s and 1980’s in London’s East End – see images.  This box is beautifully made and a very good gauge of silver.  If you have more information on Coral Ann Prior I would love to hear from you.  Final image shown of Coral Ann in her “workshop” credit David Hoffman, photographer, Spitalfields Life – see link.  I believe Anne Prior was born in Kent in July 1947, died January 2000.
