A rare Archibald Knox Liberty & Co Cymric silver spoon
Price range: £1,750
A rare Liberty Cymric spoon by Archibald Knox. This is a stunning modernist piece by Knox, drawing on classic Celtic inspiration. The spoon is especially good in the hand having been made from cast silver. The handle is three sided (perhaps inspired by the Manx triskelion), with three protruding silver Celtic knots.
It is model 385, page 376 in the Liberty Silver Sketch Book.
