A stone set teaspoon by Bernard Cuzner

Price: Reserved

Like London buses, I have another similarly beautiful silver teaspoon by Bernard Cuzner, this one set with a red stone, possibly coral or dyed agate.   Hallmarked with Cuzner’s rare personal mark for Birmingham 1923. Cuzner (1877-1956) was head of metalwork at the Birmingham School of Art from 1910 to 1942. His work can be seen in the Victoria and Albert Museum silver room 67, case 7.
