A Tea Set attributed to Bernard Cuzner
Price: Sold
An arts and crafts silver tea set with provenance to the Catterson Smith family, probably designed and made by Bernard Cuzner. Robert Catterson Smith was the Head of the Vittoria Street Birmingham School of Art from 1903-1920 and Bernard Cuzner the Head of Metalwork at the School from1910-1942. It is possible this tea set was made by Catterson Smith himself though it has a professional quality and design style that suggests the hand of Bernard Cuzner.
