An unusually long classic Charles Ashbee for the Guild of Handicraft silver spoon
Price range: Sold
For sale is this classic Guild of Handicraft silver spoon by Charles Ashbee – with a difference. All other versions I know of this spoon are 13 cm or 15.5 cm long; this spoon is 18.5cm long, and all the better for it. A really substantial piece. Its scale goes very well with a two handled Ashbee bowl. The crown end is augmented with a good green chrysoprase stone. The marks are crisp.
