David Veazey for Liberty, Cymric silver and enamel buttons

Price: Reserved

For sale is this lovely, rare, set of four arts and crafts Liberty & Co Cymric buttons.

The buttons are designed with classic Veazey honesty or money plant pods.  The buttons augmented with blue green enamel.

The design for these buttons is most certainly attributable to David Veazey (“Tramp” pseudonym), a well known metal work designer who also designed for Liberty & Co’s Cymric range c 1900-1906.

For more information on Veazey please see my article published in the Archibald Knox Society Journal, 2015 by clicking this link.

The condition of the buttons is excellent.
